Easy Paleo Cereal

Ah cereal! One of my favorite meals before going Paleo and probably one if my most missed meals. I know, it’s cereal, but it’s so simple and satisfying in a way. Granola was my favorite, drowned in milk! Even my kids, who have rarely have cereal love it. They get it at grandmas house a couple times a year and camping. The love for cereal must run in the family. I know there are quite a few a Paleo cereal recipes out there, but I don’t have the patience or time every week to roll up little balls of dough! Although I’m sure it’s good! I will probably try it once a year for a special occasion. But I want something quick and easy for those mornings where we wake up late and need to get out the door. Or even for afternoons and evenings where I’m not in the mood to spend a lot if time in the kitchen. Let’s face it, I have a lot of those days! Obviously this is the appeal of cereal. So I created this easy Paleo cereal for those days! My kids love it and you can change up the fruit to suit your tastes. Maybe peaches and bananas, bananas and strawberries, mango pineapple….the possibilities are endless!
